ACTION

Expansion to cover NEWBIGGIN  MARITIME CENTRE  is offering to pay for 2 hippocampe to be stored within the centre to be administered through our service.

STORAGE 

BLYTH  -  new storage container supplied by MOBILE MINI  - funding has been allocated to pay for this container   

Whitley Bay -  update on where we are up to with the Storage Container on the promenade SR met with the council   -  the decision is still to be approved at a committee meeting.    Information to be sent to the mayor regarding our proposals . Mark Robson and Graham Sword at North Tyneside Council are enthusiastic about the project and are giving it their backing. 

Further storage for Tynemouth was discussed as a possibility. 

Storage of the FREEDOM TRAX  both units covered by our insurance  =  the FT are currently stored at Smile through Sport and are to be unpacked and charged up 

Cameras to be purchased for the storage container at Blyth

PURCHASES 

Discussed possibility of buying a van in the future. 

TRAVEL ABILITY  -  BEACH WALKER PRICED @ £800  to be purchased asap from Travelability and stored at Blyth 

Gazebo & 6 panel folding display board including header and carry bag to be purchased at a later date

GUINESS RECORD  verbal approval from Tom of North Tyneside Council  Events Team, Jenny of Smile Through Sport to follow this up with a written request

APPLICATION TO PEOPLES PROJECT (LOTTERY) sent Sept 2018 PENDING

CHRISTMAS RAFFLE  Tickets to be ordered and sold on Tynemouth Station etc- NOVEMBER  to be drawn at the SUPER SANTA SUNDA on 9th DECEMBER
